Requirements for candidates: Experience working as an analyst of Dynamics ERP and CRM systems; Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Central products, Finance, Supply Chain Management; Good understanding of business processes and the ability to optimize them; Ability to work with a large amount of information and make informed decisions; High level of communication and the ability to cooperate with different departments of the company; Ability to work in a team and tackle projects. develop optimal solutions for the implementation of Dynamics ERP and CRM systems; perform an audit of existing systems and develop recommendations for their improvement; collect business requirements of the customer and formulate technical tasks for developers. Set tasks for developers and monitor their implementation; Create instructions for using the systems, maintain project documentation and ensure its implementation in accordance with the client's requirements; Conduct training and consulting clients on the use of Dynamics ERP and CRM systems; Provide support and eliminate errors in the systems.
