Analyst of Cost Management at the Bank in Bank Pivdenniy

Bank "Pivdenny" is one of the leading banks with Ukrainian capital and offers a wide range of services for its clients. We are currently looking for a Cost Management Analyst to join the team. Tasks for this position: 1. Analysis of operating costs and development costs. 2. Control over target cost indicators, limits, drivers. Analysis of deviations, conclusions3. Identification and control of factors affecting costs. Construction of calculations.4. Cost forecasting taking into account influencing factors. 5. Work with effects/benefits from optimization/development initiatives: analysis, calculation, conclusions. 6. Generalization of analysis results, preparation of information, reports and reviews. 1. Possessing the competencies of self-development, involvement, systematicity, innovation, independence2. Knowledge of banking regulations and international standards in the relevant areas. 3. High level of mastery of Microsoft Office products, telecommunications tools (Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams). Necessary experience: Work experience in the financial department of the Bank - from 3 years; higher education in the field of mathematics, economics, finance; ability to analyze received data, systematize ; high level of mastery of MS Excel.
