What you will need to do: Setting up and launching automatic communications and newsletters (RCS, Viber, SMS); Writing, proofreading, ensuring the accuracy of the content of texts, URLs and other content for newsletters; Collection and aggregation of a communication plan; Providing reports on the results of the work performed , analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns and putting forward proposals for further improvement of work. Participation in the development and control of the communication policy: frequency, priority, optimal communication channels. Control of the correctness and compliance of criteria for the formation of databases for mailings. Development, control, support of Viber and RCS channels. Identifying and responding to possible technical problems with newsletters. Initiating and implementing improvements. Organizing your time and work in accordance with deadlines. Interaction with other departments during the preparation and execution of newsletters.
