Market Network - "Badyorii" invites you to workConsolidated information analystwho will be responsible for the collection, consolidation, verification and analysis of financial and operational data of the retail trade network.

The position involves daily work with data from ERP/BAS KUP, WMS, POS systems, accounting systems, budgets and operational reports of stores and the central office.

Main tasks for the position:

• Collection and consolidation of financial and management data from all company systems (BAS, POS, plan-fact reporting)
• Preparation of regular management reports reports:
  • P&L by company/stores/divisions
  • Cash flow
  • Balance sheet (consolidated management model)
  • Analysis of costs and deviations (plan/fact/forecast)
  • SKU-analysis, margin, break-even analysis
• Control of completeness and correctness of accounting data
• Support of the budgeting and forecasting process (rolling forecast)
• Automation of reporting in Power BI / Excel / SQL
• Analytical support of the financial director:
  • profitability of new stores
  • category/location efficiency analysis
  • analysis of logistics costs, OPEX, CAPEX
  • ROI of investments projects
• Formation and regular updating of KPI indicators for divisions
• Preparation of presentations and analytical reports for management.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis / FP&A / controlling / audit / BI
• Experience in retail trade/distribution - an advantage
• Understanding of financial reporting, accounting entries, key financial indicators
• Understanding of management accounting and financial controlling principles
• Confidence in:
  • Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, Pivot, Power Query)
  • Power BI (or willingness to learn)
  • SQL - basic level
• Experience with ERP (BAS/1C) is a big plus
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Strong analytics, details, systems thinking
