• Forecasting and budgeting of costs (OPEX/CAPEX) of the Administrative Department  
• Analysis of budget implementation and support of the process of operational cost management   
• Development and approval of business cases       
• Managing the implementation of capital programs
• Optimization of costs
• Analysis of costs in terms of real estate objects

Requirements:< /b>

• Higher education - preferably economic, financial
• Work experience from 3 years
• Knowledge of Excel advanced level, PowerPoint
• Experience in cross-functional interaction
• Experience in conducting presentations
• Intermediate English and above
• Communication.
