The maintasks andresponsibilities include:

• Performing systematic monitoring of the situation of access to the border and providing recommendations for its improvement;
• Conducting surveys, informing and advising on the protection of persons at on a permanent basis in the given locations according to the existing methodology;
• Provide explanations to the beneficiaries of the provisions and requirements of current national legislation and inform about individual provisions of the requirements of international legislation, provide other individual assistance to persons affected by the conflict;
• Systematize, update, supplement information on the availability and availability of certain services for project beneficiaries; distribute informational materials;
• Stimely and fully display information in the Kobo electronic registration system, report regularly and in compliance with established deadlines to the manager;
• Interact with representatives of public authorities, volunteer, local, international organizations in order to ensure the interests of beneficiaries.

        Qualification requirements:

• General understanding of the mission and UNHCR mandate;
• Experience in humanitarian projects is desirable, but notmandatory;
• Availability of legal education or economic, financial, accounting education (welcome).

Technical skills:

• In-depth knowledge of oral and written Ukrainian language;
• Knowledge of oral and written English languages are welcome;
• Excellent computer skills;

Availabilityof:

Own car (for Odesa residents) - (not a mandatory condition for settlements close to the location);

Personal PC and other gadgets.

Necessary skills:

Communication skills: the ability to listen, express one's thoughts (to be understood), non-verbal interaction skills, to adequately express one's emotions, and to perceive and understand the emotional state of other people;

Analytical skills to assess the situation based on the collected information, draw conclusions and propose options for solutions;

Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively consult, negotiate and report.
