Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of reporting in various sections at the request of the manager
• Preparation of regular reports (monthly, quarterly)
• Preparation of documents for calculating bonuses and compensations
• Working with the server: downloading reports on sales of pharmacy chains and balances by distributors.
• Preparation of documentation (contracts, additional agreements, acts, reports)
• Filling in product entry cards for distributors and chains; for holding promotions in networks.
• Interaction with internal divisions of the company.
• Participation in internal trainings.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education
• Confident user of PC, Microsoft Office, Excel (advanced level), Power BI, 1C
• Analytical, logical thinking, ability to structure and quickly learn new information;
• Desirable experience of working in a similar position in a pharmaceutical company for at least 6 months
• Understanding the specifics of working with pharmacy chains;
• Focus on results, creativity, energy, excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of English - Intermediate (preferred)
