What to do:

• providing analytical support and support of business processes;
• solving business tasks in the direction of data analysis; 
• research of large data sets; 
• Business Intelligence development of automated reporting;
• development, optimization, support of data models and ETL pipelines;
• data analysis to identify the causes of deviations of business metrics, form proposals for improving efficiency, as well as optimization of business processes;
• planning, conducting and analyzing experiments (A/B testing);
• project work in a cross-functional team.

We expect from you:

• education — higher technical;
• understanding of working with databases (optimally Oracle), solid knowledge of SQL (ability to write samples);
• experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• theoretical knowledge of data analysis, statistics and hypothesis testing;
• experience with ETL and Advanced Excel visualization tools (pivot tables, data visualization, SQL queries to the database);
• skills of data analysis presentation for business units;
• mastery of Tableau, creation and maintenance of management reports; 
• Python, R skills will be an advantage;
• critical thinking and the ability to work in a team, an analytical mindset and a desire for self-improvement.
