Your future functionality:

• Support and development of existing business processes around the product
• Business process modeling for implementation     
• Collection, analysis and generalization of requirements for the implementation of new business processes
• Preparation of technical and supporting documentation
• Interaction between company divisions and external contractors
• Formation of tasks for the implementation of functionality  
• Conducting A/B tests
  
• Personality Research
• Product Metrics Management
• Participation in forming the product backlog
• Partnership in Product Delivery Management
  

Our candidate has: 

• Experience in gathering, analyzing requirements for creating or changing business process settings
• Experience in gathering the necessary data from third-party systems for integration (specifications, test data, work requests)
• Keeping the description of the software product up to date, constantly updating the documentation
• Is active and communicative, respects "partnership" and not " subordination" in work

Able to:

• Evaluate the scope of his work, rationally and flexibly plan time
• Work with requirements, build business processes
• Compose requirements specifications for software development  
• Form tasks for the developer and control software changes to match business processes  
• Participates in all stages of the development life cycle
• Assists the product team in defining the product vision, participates in the management of the software product backlog

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in the banking sector,knowledge of banking processes
• Knowledge of modern development management methodologies
• Experience of implementing/refining Core and Front systems
