Analyst of the client base in EKO-Market

Our suppliers are leading manufacturers not only of Ukraine, but also of the whole world.

In connection with the expansion of the staff, we are looking for an assistant category manager who will contribute to the development of our assortment and the improvement of customer service.

The main tasks will be to conduct analytics of the client base for the formation of personal promotions and the timely launch of personal loyalty program activities.

What you will do:

• Analyze the client base companies;
• Select an audience for loyalty program promotions;
• Prepare analytical reports based on customer base data;
• Develop algorithms and models for the loyalty program;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the model;
• Create technical tasks and specifications for the development of new actions;
• Participate in training and cooperation with the IT department to implement models in the direction of CRM

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Higher education;
• Ability to make quick decisions;
• Ability to work with large amounts of data;
• High level of analytical skills;
• Ability to create reports and analytical documents;
• Responsibility, organization, sociability.
