Analyst (marketing department) in DEZEGA

DEZEGA—the market leader of Ukraine, as well as one of the world leaders in the development, production and sale of industrial safety and occupational health and safety equipment, is looking for an Analyst (marketing department) to join its team. Responsibilities: Conducting ad-hoc marketing research (mainly research products) with subsequent presentation of the results and recommendations. Product research — respiratory protection products (geography of research — the whole world, main research segments: mining, tunnel construction, fire and rescue work, oil and gas industry, etc.) Preparation of an annual review of trends in the mining industry. Conducting annual report on competitors and regular tracking of competitors' activities with the help of open sources, such as available databases, annual reports, news, etc. Conducting an annual customer satisfaction survey, including questionnaire analysis and report preparation. Constant updating of the DEZEGA analytical archive. Requirements: Education: bachelor's degree , master's degree in marketing, economics, etc. At least 3 years of experience in the field of marketing analysis and related fields. Proficiency in English at a level no lower than upper intermediate. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Emphasis on data accuracy and the ability to work with inaccuracies. Strong data visualization skills. Creative approach. Deep knowledge of MS Office, including Power Point, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Hands-on experience with CRM Creatio — can be an advantage. Hands-on experience with Power BI — can be an advantage.
