Analyst (marketing) in Smartass

Smartass is a network of boutique fitness clubs of a new format with group training, in which perfectly thought-out lighting scenarios, musical accompaniment and intense loads are combined. We move our clients into a party atmosphere, help them fall in love with sports and achieve their ideal physical shape.

We are looking for an Analyst who will help build marketing analytics from scratch, create effective business metrics assessment tools, and implement new products.

Your key tasks:

< li>participation in the development of marketing strategies
• analysis of the market, competitors and own locations
• organization of information collection from all structural units of the company
• tracking and analysis of key marketing polizniki
• creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI
• building end-to-end marketing analytics (GAdwords, GAnalytics, SWOT analysis)
• traffic analysis and generating relevant reports
• support and introduction of new products

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of work experience in analytics
• deep mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
• systematic, analytical mindset, organization
• skills for working with large data sets and strategic analysis
• understanding of the main marketing indicators
• knowledge of strategic analysis methods
• knowledge of modern approaches to management projects
• additional training in economics, strategy and management will be an advantage
