Manager-analyst (Excel, 1C, CRM, implementation of processes)

Devik company - a Ukrainian logistics operator with a 30-year history - is looking for a Analytical Manager who can combine analytical thinking, technical competence and initiative.

This is a key position for a person who does not just work with data, but builds processes, implements solutions and monitors their implementation.

Main duties:

• Collection, data analysis and structuring in Excel (level - expert, formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros)
• Working with 1C and CRM: verification, optimization, creation of reports
• Writing technical tasks for of 1C and CRM developers
• Control of tasks, testing solutions, transfer to work
• Implementation of business processes in divisions (logistics, sales, accounting)
• Building analytical dashboards and indicator monitoring systems
• Initiation of improvements in the operation of company systems and processes

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Excel - macros, Power Query, data analytics
• Practical experience with 1C and CRM systems (Bitrix24, Creatio or similar)
• Skills write clear technical tasks and monitor their execution
• Experience in implementing or optimizing business processes
• Attention to details, logical thinking, analytical approach
• High level of self-organization and initiative
