The daily functions of an Analyst in HR:

• construction of HR reports;
• updating reports on a periodic basis;
• modernization and improvement of existing reports;
• data visualization (diagrams, dashboards, presentations);
• conclusions and recommendations based on analysis results,
• work with contracts.

What is important to us in your experience:

Our ideal candidate is an analyst with 1+ years of experience, who has a professional level of Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI, is an excellent communicator, knows and is able to lead HR analytics of the team. Has an analytical mind, logical thinking, knows how to highlight the main points, clearly expresses thoughts, attentive to details.
