Creation and further improvement of the complex of HR metrics in Power BI; Modeling and analysis of reward systems. Calculation of the economic effect of the introduction of reward systems, modeling and retrospective analysis during their development; Modeling and analysis of the budget for personnel costs and the budget for wages; Calculation of the number of personnel. Creation and further improvement of the method of calculating the number of employees for all categories of personnel; Calculation of the bonus part with different periodicity (month, quarter, year). Collection of data for calculation by all divisions of the company. Unification of the calculation methodology; Analysis of the salary market, calculation of deviations from the market, formation of a comprehensive proposal for revising the salary.
