If you are passionate about using to improve a product and are committed to making our platform a top 5 streaming platform in 3 years, then this role holds promising opportunities for you.In this role, you will:- Find patterns and dependencies between and metrics- Provide analytical support to our product and marketing teams- Create reports and analyze product metrics (LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc.)- Research and conclude on results of A/B tests and provide insights for improvement- Automate reporting processes and create dashboards for different stakeholders- Operationally monitor key metrics and determine the causes of deviations from the expected valuesIt’s all about you:- 1.5+ years of experience working as a Product or Analyst- Full proficiency in SQL- Full proficiency with visualization tools ( Studio, , Power BI, Apache Superset, Qlik, etc.)- Solid knowledge of key product metrics, experience in building funnels, and making recommendations based on them- Knowledge of statistics fundamentals and experimental design.- Understanding of both statistics and regression methods- Experience with A/B and Multivariate testing techniques and measurements- Experience in delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks (user pattern research, supporting experiments, feature analysis to improve product metrics, use-case analysis, etc.)- Upper-Intermediate English is a mustWould be a plus:-​​ Experience with Python- Experience in creating prediction models and segmentation- Experience with mobile applicationsWhat we offer:Highly-skilled team.We have several independent products and cross-functional autonomous teams with Tech leads.
