Analyst on work with counterparties in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:< /p>

• Support of the process of concluding contracts with external legal companies/legal advisors
• Initial analysis of the package of documents, communication with counterparties (in particular, potential ones)
• Maintenance of databases on signed contracts, entering them into the appropriate systems of the Bank and preparation of analytical and statistical information
• Preparation of presentations and other reports for management regarding interaction with counterparties

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (specialized in Law, Banking, Finance)
• 2+ years of work experience in the field
• Knowledge of current legislation of Ukraine and regulatory acts in the field of banking law
• Ability to work with a large amount of information
• Analytical thinking and attention to details
• Excel user (compile and sort tables with data, develop graphs, charts for reports/statistics, working with formulas, creating links between pages)
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level ( B1)
