Analyst for tracking sales costs of the Modern Trade channel, Ukraine and Moldova in Mondelis Ukrayina

Managing finances in a multi-billion dollar global company is not just about numbers. As part of our finance team you will collect, analyze and provide analytics to enable all Mondelez International representatives to make informed decisions. Do it ambitiously! In this role you will: Plan, analyze and advise on trade investments for the modern trade channel in to Ukraine and Moldova; Plan and analyze P&L for Ukraine of relevant channels; Determine the cost structure of Modern Trade contracts. Create and maintain Modern Trade Client P&L, support Client business planning, measure financial performance and cost control; Ensure timely and proper approval of Client Contract terms in accordance with policy and support teams in Contract signing and approval; Manage key client planning tool in the IBP process ( Integrated Business Planning) to properly reflect channel dynamics and any deviations from approved budgets; Manage the Client's credit risk profile (limits) and cooperate with credit controllers to ensure timely payments; Coordinate and manage the budgeting and reporting process in IBP (Integrated Business Planning) from the side of the Finance function; Provide meaningful, timely and accurate information on actual results in the Monthly Deck of management, and report on results to headquarters; Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators and notify management of deviations from goals and strategies - provide reasons on a monthly basis deviations from the budget; Develop and maintain systems for reporting and in-depth analysis of the costs of the sales department; Be a consultant and partner of the sales department on contracts, developing and analyzing tools and recommendations for the proper use of opportunities and risk management; We expect from you: Higher education (Economics , finance, accounting); Additional education ACCA/CIMA/CPA is desirable; Relevant experience in multinational companies from 3 years. Sales background will be an added advantage.
