We invite to our team a Business analyst, ERP consultant in the direction of solving management tasks staff and payroll. Our expectations: Identification and analysis of business requirements Analysis and development of business process models Planning of development stages, management of requirements Detailing of requirements, formulation of technical tasks of the bottom functionality, setting tasks for developers Analysis of product issues and proposals for improvement Assistance in the development of documentation Hypotheses testing, analysis of results Required competencies: Work experience in the direction of personnel management and payroll from 2 years of age.Understanding of various HR blocks (payroll, personnel accounting, staff list, timesheets, personnel selection, etc.) Skills of analysis and formalization of requirements Participation in the development of improved information systems development together with projectsFlexible work scheduleInteresting and dynamic work in a friendly teamPaid vacation days and periods of temporary incapacity for workMedical insurance Possibility to work remotely, in the office (Osokorky) or in a hybrid format.
