You will: deal with the segmentation of the client base, identify behavioral patterns and develop models to determine the segment to which the client belongs; help identify the optimal marketing strategy for each segment/client, which is aimed at to maximize the company's profit function; evaluate the customer experience of using the company's products/offers, based on the results of which — create and test hypotheses with the goal of developing new company products and changing existing business processes. We expect that you: have already gained experience in the field of data-science, risk management, crm management; you have an advanced level of SQL (PostgreSQL); you have basic skills in data engineering R and or Python3 at a level sufficient to achieve the goals of the position; you have already gained experience and the ability to work with GA, GTM, Bigquery services; you have an analytical mindset ; you have knowledge of working with 1C, Power BI, you know how to find a common language with people and express your thoughts clearly.
