Analyst, Data Scientist in BIZPOZIKA

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team. Our company is a leader in the lending market for small and medium-sized businesses and has great potential for growth. We offer: fully formal employment (paid vacations and hospital);

You will:

• engage in the segmentation of the client base, identifying patterns of behavior and developing models to determine the segment to which the client belongs;
• help with identifying the optimal marketing strategy for each segment/client, which is aimed at maximization of the company's profit function;
• evaluate the customer experience of using the company's products/offers, based on the results of which create and test hypotheses with the goal of developing new company products and changing existing business processes.

We expect that you:

• have already gained work experience in the field of data-science, risk management, crm management;
• have an advanced level mastery of SQL (PostgreSQL);
• have basic skills in data engineering R and Python3 at a level sufficient to achieve the goals of the position;
• already gained experience and ability to work with GA, GTM services, Bigquery;
• you have analytical thinking;
• you have knowledge of working with 1C, Power BI
• you know how to find a common language with people and express your thoughts clearly.< /li>
