We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our team. Our company is a leader in the lending market for small and medium-sized businesses and has great potential for growth.

You will:

• deal with the segmentation of the client base, identifying patterns of behavior and developing models for determining the segment to which the client belongs;
• help with identifying the optimal marketing strategy for each segment/client, which is aimed at maximizing the company's profit function;
• evaluate the client's experience of using products/ of the company's proposals, based on the results of which — to create and test hypotheses for the purpose of developing new company products and changing existing business processes.

We expect that you:

• have already gained work experience in in the field of data-science, risk management, crm management;
• have an advanced level of SQL (PostgreSQL);
• have basic skills in data engineering R and or Python3 at a level sufficient to achieve goals positions;
• already gained experience and ability to work with GA, GTM, Bigquery services;
• have analytical thinking;
• have knowledge of working with 1C, Power BI
• you know how to find a common language with people and express your thoughts clearly.
