Analytics (monitoring and evaluation of data), FOP in Rokada, BF BO

The ROKADA Charitable Foundation is looking for an analyst (data monitoring and evaluation)

To work with internally displaced persons and affected population groups.

TASKS:

• Organizing and conducting focus groups and interviews.

• Conducting trainings and meetings for public associations, local self-government bodies and vulnerable groups.

• Collection and analysis of feedback.

• Processing and analysis of large volumes of data, preparation of studies and presentations.

• Monitoring the situation in communities and assessing the needs of the population and local authorities.

• Teamwork and effective information exchange.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the social sphere or related fields.

• Understanding IDP issues and working with vulnerable groups.

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is a plus.

• Confident use of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

• Experience in conducting trainings and presentations.

• Resistance to stress, tolerance and respect for people of different backgrounds, ages and cultures.

• Readiness for continuous professional development and compliance with ethical principles.

• Availability or willingness to register a sole proprietorship (group 3).
