The ROKADA Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy "Analyst (monitoring and data evaluation)" to work with internally displaced persons and vulnerable populations
TASKS:
1. Organization and conduct of focused group research (interviews) FGD.
2. Conducting trainings/informational meetings focused on local government/active public associations/vulnerable groups of people in communities.
3. Implementation and implementation of "Accountability to the affected population". Participation tools. Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented initiatives within the project.
4. Training and informing LGUs about participation tools in the context of the implementation of the program "Accountability to the affected population".
5. Systematization, analysis and processing of large volumes of data.
6. Participation in the preparation of research within the framework of project implementation. Presentation of achievements.
7. Work with tables, databases, Microsoft office components, PowerPoint.
8. Assessment of the situation in communities, monitoring of global changes, inflow/outflow of IDPs, problems related to changes in legislation/
9. Ability to assess trends and prospects, needs of the population and state self-government bodies.
10. Work in a team, the ability to receive information and share it.
11. Field data collection and activity tracking to provide feedback on the quality and relevance of care.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
1. Higher education in a relevant field (social work, sociology, psychology, project research, statistics, preferably with an emphasis on monitoring and evaluation, as well as legal compliance) or a similar field.
2. Experience working in NGOs/Charities is an advantage.
3. Knowledge of internal displacement issues;
4. Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages. Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
5. Confident use of MicrosoftOffice, PowerPoint.
6. Experience in the analysis of legislation and regulations (or legal education).
7. Presence of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in a short period of time.
8. Good training/presentation skills. · Skills of effective interpersonal communication.
9. Stress resistance and psychological maturity for working with vulnerable categories of citizens.
10. Tolerant behavior in order to respect people of different cultures, ages, genders, races, religions, and traditions.
11. Possess analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills with the ability to process and analyze large volumes of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
12. Manage performance by setting clear goals, adhere to set deadlines.
13. Constant improvement of one's own knowledge in the professional field.
14. Respect for the Fund's employees and beneficiaries, prevention of discrimination and racism.
