Functions: Database management in Quadrasoft CRM: Effective maintenance and updating of data in CRM, ensuring its relevance and accuracy; CRM data analysis: Conducting deep analysis of data in CRM systems to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies; Evaluation of sales performance: Analysis SFE metrics to improve sales strategies, route optimization and sales rep scheduling;Report and dashboard development: Create informative reports and interactive dashboards for management and sales teams;Improvement recommendations: Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to improve customer service performance and Sales; Cross-Departmental Interaction: Work closely with Marketing, Sales and IT departments to ensure data integrity and CRM system efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in data, business analytics, economics or related disciplines; Experience as a CRM/SFE analyst in in the pharmaceutical industry preferred;Knowledge of CRM and SFE principles, understanding of the pharmaceutical market;Skills in working with analytical tools (eg SQL, Excel, BI platforms) and experience with Quadrasoft CRM;Ability to analyze large volumes of data and form meaningful conclusions;Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
