You will be offered work on the development of the ASKOD electronic document flow system, the creation of software products for solving e-government tasks, the creation and development of existing portals. Among the company's customers are central executive bodies, the NBU, local government bodies, as well as commercial banks, energy companies, and others. We invite an analyst-consultant for the implementation of electronic document management systems to join the team. Functional duties: participation in projects to automate document management processes and other management processes in public sector institutions and private enterprises; collection , analysis of requirements and modeling of document flow processes and other business processes; development of technical project solutions for automating business processes and setting tasks for development; user training; software acceptance tests. Candidate requirements: knowledge and experience in the use of business process modeling methodologies; knowledge of document flow processes at enterprises and government institutions ;systemic and analytical thinking, the ability to express one's thoughts clearly and clearly, to find out and systematize the client's requirements; communication skills, the ability to work in a team, the ability to teach; the ability to learn independently and the desire to improve one's own qualifications. We welcome: work experience in the requested specialty; work experience in the development of technical tasks, project documentation, conducting business correspondence; communication skills with representatives of government institutions; knowledge of business process modeling methodology (IDEF0, UML, BPMN 2.0); knowledge of the basics of managing requirements and changes; knowledge of software development processes; knowledge of the basics of designing relational databases.
