Your main responsibility will be to ensure the effective functioning of the BAS ERP enterprise management system. Main duties: Analysis and improvement of enterprise management system functions BAS ERP to improve the efficiency of the company's business processes, order the requirements of the future product. Interaction with employees of various departments to collect requirements, clarify needs, analyze and solve problems related to the BAS ERP system. Formalization of requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional , writing the specification of requirements), agreeing the requirements of technical specifications with the customer, managing requirements (processing appointment requests, analyzing and describing the impact on existing requirements); Support and supervision of system performance, identifying and solving problems and errors. Development and implementation of new functionalities necessary for optimizing business processes. Risk - management, monitoring and timely detection of problems of both the architecture as a whole and its individual components (Documents, Handbooks, Reports, Subsystems, Exchanges). Preparation of instructions, training materials and conducting training events for users of the BAS ERP system. Requirements: Experience working with the BAS ERP enterprise management system from 1 year. Knowledge and understanding of the company's business processes. The ability to analyze, identify and solve problems related to the BAS ERP system. High responsibility, organizational and communication skills. The ability to work in a team and independently.
