Analyst, BAS consultant in ENSITI, TOV

Encity company. We implement projects based on BAS products. We are looking for an analyst, a consultant.

Duties:

• Interaction with clients, setting tasks for programmers. Analysis of problems that arise for clients in the work of databases, solving these problems through oral or written consultations, if programming is required, then formulate tasks, register them in the task accounting system and hand over work to programmers;
• Execution of regulated work on customer databases, adjustment of access rights;
• Consultations by phone and e-mail;
• Development of technical tasks for programmers;
• Development of instructions for users on working in client databases;
• Maintenance of a database of active tasks for clients, control of the execution of tasks by programmers.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience of setting up TK for programmers, availability of examples.
• Higher technical education or economic (not humanitarian);
• Good knowledge of BAS products at the user level, knowledge of one of the typical configurations of BAS (BAS KUP, BAS Small Business, BAS Accounting) or in the usual forms: UTP, UVP;
• Ability to communicate and write in Ukrainian;
• Availability of stable wired Internet;
• Be On-Line during the working day.

Working conditions:

• Remote operation mode;
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00;
• Official employment;

• Trial period: 1 month;
• Payment 2 times a month, more often during the trial period.
