We invite you to the 1C/BAS Analyst team

Responsibilities:

Analysis and interaction with business

• Collection, analysis and formalization of requirements from users (accounting, finance, warehouse, sales, production).
• and description of business processes, preparation of technical documentation (diagrams, regulations, TOR).
• Advising users on the capabilities and functionality of 1C / BAS.

Working with 1C / BAS

• Analysis and maintenance of current configurations (BAS Accounting, BAS ERP, BAS Trade Management, BAS KUP, etc.).
• Participation in the implementation of new modules, improvements and reports.
• Testing of changes and acceptance of completed work.
• Control of the correctness of accounting and data quality in the system.

Setting and support of tasks

• Formation of technical tasks for 1C developers.
• Prioritization of tasks, control of deadlines and performance results.
• Interaction with the internal IT team and/or external contractors.

Support and development

• User support (2nd line).
• Preparation of instructions, training.
• Participation in automation and optimization of business pro

Requirements:

Professional knowledge and skills

• Experience of working with 1C / BAS from 1-2 years.
• Understanding of accounting, tax, management accounting.
• Experience of writing technical specifications, description of business processes.
• Skills of testing and acceptance of revisions.
• Basic understanding of SQL / database structure data is an advantage.
