To strengthen the advocacy work of our team, we are looking for an analyst in the direction of European integration.
Fight For Right is a human rights organization of people with disabilities that works to uphold the rights of people with disabilities in Ukraine. After the full-scale invasion of Russia, we created an international emergency response initiative to help Ukrainian women and men with disabilities. In addition, one of the directions of our activity is advocacy, the main focuses of which are the promotion of the deinstitutionalization reform, the accession of Ukraine to the EU and ensuring the participation of people with disabilities in the reconstruction processes of Ukraine.
Preparation of research and analytical materials within the framework of the European integration process; Analysis of Ukrainian legislation regarding compliance with EU law in the field of the rights of people with disabilities; Preparation of public appeals, recommendations, statements, requests, analytical materials and other materials;
Representation of the organization at public events, working groups, meetings.
Higher education in the field of humanities;
2 years of research experience in the field of European integration/human rights;
Analytical experience and understanding of the rights of people with disabilities in a national and/or international context will be an advantage;
Knowledge in the field of EU law;
Proficiency in English at a level that allows working with project documentation, correspondence and communicating freely with partners;
Promptness and meeting deadlines;
Independence in organizing the work process and performing tasks.
