Functional Responsibilities:

• Collection and processing of data to analyze the company's performance;
• Working with the database in the CRM system (Quadrasoft): maintaining and updating data in CRM, ensuring their relevance and accuracy
< li>Analysis of CRM data: evaluation of the effectiveness of strategies of the marketing department and sales department, monitoring and analysis of performance indicators of medical representatives;
• Development of informative reports and interactive dashboards;
• Preparation and assistance in the preparation of presentations ;
• Administration of the company's transport operations
• Close cooperation with the sales department, marketing department and external service

Your skills:

• Higher education in the field of pharmacy, business analytics, economics or related disciplines;
• Experience as an analyst in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred);
• Advanced level of using Excel, Power Point;
• Basic knowledge of the PowerBi system (preferred);
• Experience with the Quadrasoft CRM system (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of working in 1C (preferred);
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and be able to analyze them;
• Attention to details, thorough attitude to the performance of assigned tasks;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
