We invite to our team an Analyst/assistant (a regional specialist in accounting for commercial equipment). Duties: Monitoring the implementation of instructions for working with commercial equipment; equipment, data entry (EXEL); Processing of applications for the movement of commercial equipment (EXEL); Control of timely delivery of documents for commercial equipment; Communication with divisions (sales department, accounting, legal department, security service, warehouses); Verification of inventory acts for commercial equipment equipment; Interaction with a service company regarding the repair of commercial equipment; Audit of commercial equipment in retail; Participation in the inventory of commercial equipment at the enterprise. Requirements: Work experience from 1 year; High communication and negotiation skills; Willingness to learn and develop; Ability to work in in the conditions of a high pace of work and a large volume of tasks; Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package: Excel, Word, Power Point; Perfect command of the Ukrainian language (competent written and oral communication).
