Possesses written English at a level sufficient for communication and correspondence. Able to plan work with a detailed time estimate. Has an analytical mindset and attention to detail. Independently, without the involvement of a manager, understands unfamiliar issues and business processes. Sees how to improve existing processes and the established order of things. Confident user of office programs: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and necessarily experience with 1C. IMPORTANT: we work in the office full-time from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. What you will do: Monitor the implementation of decisions at the level of departments and employees. Monitor the implementation of established rules and regulations. Monitor the performance of tasks by subordinates of the Executive Director. Prepare analytical information and reports. Actively work with Excel and 1C. meeting results. To carry out the instructions of the manager.
