Analyst A5 in MTI GROUP

Main duties

• Providing analytical assistance to users of the A5 system.
• Analysis, construction and optimization of HR business processes accounting, bookkeeping and payroll in accordance with the accounting policy and legislative requirements. Development of technical tasks (TOR) for finalizing the system, taking into account its capabilities. Interaction with contractors during the development and implementation of changes. Testing updates and checking the correctness of implemented solutions.

Professional skills

• Working with BPMN, UML, User stories style="font-weight: 700">Use case, Test case, success criteria, dependence matrices.
• Understanding the structure of databases, knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
• Experience in drafting technical tasks, instructions for users, training users.
• Knowledge of the principles of BABOK, PMBOK - certification in these areas is an advantage.

Necessary knowledge and qualities:

• Presentation skills to coordinate solutions with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with users and team members.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and find optimal solutions for their automation in A5.
• Ability to see system interrelationships, predict the consequences of changes.
• Ability to simplify complex systems to logical and manageable components.
• Leadership skills and implementation of innovations in business processes.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to environmental changes.
• Empathy, stress resistance, ability to balance emotional situations.
• Ability to set priorities and maintain effective communication in a team.

Will be a plus

• Experience in the implementation of ERP systems (A5, SAP, BAS, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, 1C, IT Enterprise, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of the principles of accounting, personnel accounting, payroll, document management, budgeting.
• Practical experience with A5 is a key advantage.
