Your responsibility: maintaining a database of contracts rents; control over the calculation of rent; collection, structuring and summarization of information into data sets; analytics of rented stores; participation in the budgeting of expenses for rented stores. Necessary skills: successful work experience in a similar role for at least 3 years; higher education; work experience with SAP and a high level of mastery of Excel; experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI - will be an advantage; analytical abilities, skills in working with large amounts of information; high level of self-organization, attentiveness, communication and initiative.
