Duties: monitor and analyze internal processes in the company; organize the implementation of innovative projects; develop and regulate new processes and products with the aim of innovation development; develop methodological documentation for innovative products and solutions; conduct in-depth data analysis in CRM and 1C systems (BAS ERP) ; create informative reports and create interactive dashboards for management and department employees; communicate with partners to promote innovation. Expectations from the candidate: higher education; confident user of MS Office, 1C / BAS ERP, PowerBI; experience of working as a business analyst and manager of a process automation project; understanding of the structure of business processes of a trade/service enterprise; experience in the implementation of ERP systems (business automation systems); high level of personal responsibility, punctuality, attention to details and love of accuracy; sincere interest in the profession, enthusiasm and responsible attitude to the task; positive attitude and constructiveness in solving issues.
