Analyst in Smart Solutions

About the company: Smart Solutions is an international HR provider, we work in the markets of Europe and Central Asia, our head office is in Kyiv. And projects have no borders. Our clients are large international companies from the USA, Canada, France, the Czech Republic, Germany and many other countries. We are more than 300 people and we can confidently say that we are the largest HR provider in Ukraine. In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for an Analyst for our team. Duties: Analysis and processing of data in CRM, work with reports; Customer segmentation (B2B, service sector); Analysis of the sales funnel; Calculation of the average customer check; Conducting a plan-fact analysis of sales; Creation of reports and presentation to the manager in the form of tables, graphs, diagrams. Work with Ukraine, European countries. Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the basics of analytics features of the B2B market; Systems thinking and the ability to comprehensively analyze information; Basic skills in working with Excel and CRM systems; Proficiency in working with a personal computer; Knowledge of the English language at the Pre-intermediate level; Economic education will be an advantage; Experience in the field of analytics will also be a big plus.
