Analyst in Automat-it

We’re looking for a FinOps Operations to help in our engagements with AWS teams and work cross-functionally with different departments.

Work location - hybrid from Lviv

• Be a focal point for support level, AWS credits, funds, and more
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as with AWS representatives
• Issue various reports, such as Cloud Billings, On-boarding New Customers, and Support to management regularly
• Update customers about AWS updates and announcements to customers
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into cloud spending and trends
• Manage permissions to platforms and systems

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role from a global company
• Working experience with Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables and functions such as VLookup)
• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with AWS - an advantage
