What you will do: Create a management reporting package every month (Cash flow, P&L, Balance Sheet, Working capital); Develop a business plan for new TTs (calculation of planned income and expenses , payback period); Analyze the cost of products of own production and cooking — analysis and uploading prices from CRM, inputting production and cooking prices into 1C; Prepare sales reports by channel, point of sale, SKU; sales analysis plan-fact.
