Key functions: Participation as an analyst in the Company's projects; Research: data collection and analysis, studying the best practices and methods that can be applied in a specific situation, search and structuring of information; Implementation of project tasks: Participation in the development and evaluation of options, recommendations regarding target solutions, implementation plans, preparation of project documents, etc.; Designing the organizational structure: participation in the development of variants of projects of organizational structures, evaluation of advantages and disadvantages; Description of functions and KPIs in the section of divisions: description of the functions of divisions of the target organizational structure, formation of KPIs in the section of divisions; Formation of the landscape and description of business processes: formation of top-level business processes, business decomposition processes, schematic description of business processes, development of regulatory documents; Other tasks: processing, structuring and visualization of information, preparation of materials for presentations, preparation of internal reports, documentation, project administration, accounting of working hours and other organizational tasks. Knowledge of the English language at the reading level and understanding of technical and business vocabulary.
