Key functions: Participation as an analyst in the Company's projects; Research: data collection and analysis, studying the best practices and methods that can be applied in a specific situation, search and structuring of information; Implementation of project tasks: Participation in the development and evaluation of options, recommendations regarding target solutions, implementation plans, preparation of project documents, etc.; Designing the organizational structure: participation in the development of variants of projects of organizational structures, evaluation of advantages and disadvantages; Description of functions and KPIs in the section of divisions: description of the functions of divisions of the target organizational structure, formation of KPIs in the section of divisions; Formation of the landscape and description of business processes: formation of top-level business processes, business decomposition processes, schematic description of business processes, development of regulatory documents; Other tasks: processing, structuring and visualization of information, preparation of materials for presentations, preparation of internal reports, documentation, project administration, accounting of working hours and other organizational tasks.
