Analyst Kyiv Sense Bank is a state-owned bank with a 30-year history. We are looking for a person who will: communicate with the customer and interested departments, coordinate requirements and specifications; collect necessary data from third-party systems for integration (specifications, test data, work requests); form technical tasks and set tasks, write User Stories, User Cases, in the direction of development of customer service systems and remote customer service systems; look for opportunities to reuse technologies; help define the vision of the product, participate in the management of the backlog of the software product; carry out an assessment of the labor costs of the process before and after automation; describe the business process "ASIS" and "TOBE" ("which" and "should be"); create and document functional and technical requirements for developments within projects and tasks; carry out coordination of development, testing, implementation of processes and software; control the quality of execution, testing and error elimination during software development; provide methodological support, development and improvement of technical documentation; support project managers of the division in the field of business analysis and development of technical requirements; cooperate with teams of developers to implement the project; assess risks and minimize them by following the legislation and internal procedures of the bank; prepare presentations of work results; administer projects according to the Agile methodology You are suitable if you have: knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ABS (B2 or other), Outlook; understanding of the principles of software development, experience of interaction with the development team; understanding of SOAP, REST-API, JSON, XML, Java, Linux; understanding of BitBucket, Grafana&ELK, Jenkins, OKD, RabbitMQ, Vault; understanding the principles of creating product interfaces (UX/UI); understanding the principles of creating software; writing project documentation; experience in backlog management, roadmap, work planning and prioritization; experience in building highly accessible, highly loaded productive banking systems, remote service systems; work experience in startup, fintech projects Why do you need to go today?
