We are currently looking for a person for the position of: Analyst (Business Science team) We are looking for an analyst who will be responsible for leading and implementing an international analytical project for one of the leading FMCG companies. You will collect, analyze and interpret data to generate conclusions on media budget optimization and recommend media investment levels to support our client's marketing strategies. Responsibilities: project management from start to finish: from project setup to delivering it to the client, responsibility for the data collection process, analysis of available media and sales data sources in order to generate conclusions on the allocation of media investments, use of internal proprietary tools for media optimization , visualizing data and preparing final reports, developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, providing support and expertise in data and analytics, supporting your manager in client meetings and presentations, conducting meta-analysis to increase the competence and visibility of the team. We expect: 1-2 years of experience as an analyst in a media agency, research agency or similar, fluent knowledge of English (min. C1 level) and very good knowledge of Polish (min. B2 level), very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, analytical mind and excellent numerical skills with great attention to detail, willingness to gain new analytical, media and customer service experiences, ability to communicate effectively and translate numbers into history, independence and willingness to cooperate with international teams and other analysts.
