Main tasks:

• Analysis and formalization of business processes, namely (collection of requirements from business units (purchasing, production, warehouse, sales, finance), description of current processes and design of future ones, identification of bottlenecks and areas of optimization).
• Methodology and regulations (development and updating of internal regulations for accounting and movement of goods,formation of work rules in 1C for users,participation in creating standards of accounting and data control)
• Setting tasks 1C developers (preparation of technical tasks and functional requirements, formalization of business logic for development, interaction with programmers on implementation issues)
• Management of changes in the system  (acceptance and testing of updates, documentation of changes and updates, support for launching new functions into operation)
• Training and support of users (development of instructions and training materials,conducting user training and consultations,solving methodological issues while working in the system)
• Data correctness control(monitoring the correctness of data and business operations in the system, detection and prevention of accounting errors and duplication)
• Interaction between departments and IT(coordination of requests for changes and automation, prioritization of tasks together with department heads, participation in development working groups, correctness of business processes in 1C, timely implementation of changes, transparency and standardization of accounting, methodological support of users

Requirements:

• Higher education (economic/technical)
• Experience in 1C v8
• Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, BPMS tools is desirable
• Understanding the basics of business activity (main processes, document flow, financial results), accounting and management accounting
• Knowledge of Excel (level — advanced user)
• Understanding the principles of database structure
• Knowledge of process management theory
• Experience in a similar position (process description, business automation)
• Systemic, analytical and creative thinking, initiative, attention to detail, effective communication skills
