Analyst 1C in Kalinovskiy Yu.I., FOP

We are a Ukrainian holding company looking for a 1C Analyst

What should be done?

• analyze business processes and examine functional requirements;

• conduct interviews and requirements from the customer;

• prepare test case, user story;

• create technical tasks for developers;

• coordinate the development process: task control, interaction with business users and developers;

• be engaged in testing improvements and transferring the developed functionality to end users;

• compose instructions and conduct user training;

• advise users on typical and developed 1C functionality;

• implement and maintain specialized configurations;

• describe the company's business processes.

What do we expect?

• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst;

• ability to conduct interviews, prioritization of received requirements, ability to impose requirements on standard functionality;

• experience in setting up a full cycle of development (from TOR to commissioning of the project);

• experience of drafting technical and methodological documentation;

• experience in implementing and supporting business process automation systems;

• desired experience in designing new 1C/BAS/ERP configurations;

• knowledge of accounting, operational, management accounting;

• knowledge of basic objects and mechanisms in 1C;

• the ability to organize working hours and focus on results;

• business communication skills.
