Now we are looking for a Lead Analyst - a specialist who will help businesses make strong decisions based on data. A person who does not just count numbers, but sees patterns, risks and growth points in them.

Main tasks:

• Planning, forecasting and budgeting of sales and balances.

• Analysis of store performance: sales, margin, turnover, staff efficiency.

• Analysis of seasonality in terms of outlets, cities and product categories.

• Analysis of key e-commerce indicators (conversion, orders, statuses, balances, etc.).

• Preparation of regular management reports and analytical materials for management.

• Factor analysis of deviations from planned indicators.

• Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented and initiatives projects.

• Participation in the formation of standards for calculating key business indicators.

• Presentation of analytics results at work meetings.

We expect:

• Experience in business or financial analytics (preferably in retail).

• Experience in forecasting and budgeting.

• Understanding P&L, margin and factor analysis.

• Experience building reports and working with BI tools.

• Systems thinking and ability to work with large data sets.

• Ability to argue a position in front of management.

Experience in managing a team will be Advantage. give, surprise and be a little silly with us.
