We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for designing and updating the company's organizational structure, ensuring its reflection in the ERP system and participating in the analysis of functional distribution and business processes.
This is a role at the intersection of HR, operational management and system analytics.
Main tasks:
- Design and modeling of the organizational structure in accordance with the strategic goals of the company
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the structure: levels of management, span of control, functional division
- Formation and updating organizational structure charts
- Reflection of structural changes in the ERP system (creation/change of positions, subordinates, structural directories)
- Coordinating structural decisions with department heads
- Analysis of business processes as part of organizational model optimization
- Development of RACI matrices, areas of responsibility
- Preparation of analytical materials and presentations for management
- Participation in transformation and change projects
We expect:
- Experience in the field of organizational development, HR or business analysis from 2 years
- Understanding the principles of building organizational structures
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/BAS/Oracle/other HRIS or corporate systems)
- Business process analysis skills
- Ability to work with data (Excel at a confident level)
- System thinking and attention to details
- Experience interacting with managers of various levels
It will be an advantage:
- Experience of participating in organizational transformations
- Understanding HR processes (staffing, grading, roles, functional models)
- Experience preparation of management analytics
