We are looking for a sales analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of an analyst / business analyst / sales analyst from 1-2 years.
• Ability to work with large data sets and structure information.
• Analytical thinking and a systematic statistical approach to analysis data.
• Experience in preparing regular management reports for management.
• Ability to identify problem areas in sales processes and formulate recommendations for their elimination.
• Skills in preparing analytical conclusions and presenting the results.
• English language - Intermediate or higher (sufficient for communicating with English-speaking colleagues, participating in meetings and work with documentation).

Responsibilities:

• Daily analysis of performance indicators of sales managers.
• Daily communication with managers and the head of the company for discussion of the activities of sales managers (participation in meetings, explanation of indicators, discussion of results).
• Working with data from the CRM system for reporting (implementation of the sales plan, sales funnel, manager activity (number of calls, meetings, number of created/processed leads, work with leads, control of data entry by managers in CRM)).
• Formation of regular reports by managers from sales in CRM (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
• Analysis of the effectiveness of processing leads (number, speed of reaction, conversion into deals).
• Control of the activity of managers in CRM (calls, meetings, tasks, comments).
• Analysis of the reasons for non-fulfillment of planned indicators and preparation of analytical conclusions.
• Preparation of reports and presenting them to management.
• Identifying system problems in sales processes and preparing recommendations for their improvement.
