What to do:

• analysis of statistical information, formation of conclusions based on analysis for management decisions;
• interaction with various structural divisions of the company within analytical projects;
• formation and support of regular and irregular reporting on quality and service indicators;
• participation in the development/updating/supporting adoption of quality and service metrics;
• calculation of target values of quality and service indicators in accordance with the methodology and business goals of the company.

We expect from you:

• higher education;
• experience in MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot. It will be an advantage: practical experience with Tableau Desktop (creating and editing dashboards);
• practical experience in Power BI;
• knowledge of SQL at the level of writing and optimization scripts;
• practical experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
