Analyst in Smart Solutions

We are looking for an Analyst to participate in consulting projects in the field of fintech and payment solutions. You will be involved in all phases of projects, from market research and hypothesis testing to strategy development, business cases and client presentations.

What you will do:

• Management of suppliers (competitive bidding, risk assessment of suppliers, accrual and receipt of costs, prepayments and payments to third parties, verification of third-party invoices)
• Manage project documentation in systems and according to company policies
• Proactively schedule internal reviews, approvals and controls for projects according to the above policy.
• Developing recommendations for optimizing internal processes to assist the team in the implementation of their projects
• Ensuring the accuracy of trackers used to monitor performance and forecast revenue and operating expenses during the financial year.
• Supporting budget / AOP (Annual Operating Plan) development activities
• Supporting the preparation of periodic performance reporting teams
• Assist the consultant team throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal development and planning to execution and final handover to the client.
• Support sales activation activities by preparing client proposals, tracking leads, and maintaining program materials.
• Participate in shaping program content by summarizing feedback, market trends, and internal best practices practitioner.
• Maintain databases and dashboards to monitor program performance, participant engagement and feedback.

What is required:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as banking, payments, analytics, management consulting, venture capital, or other data-related functions.
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, project management, or training and development support.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, research and business case development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; the ability to synthesize complex information into clear conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.
• High level of organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A penchant for collaboration with a proactive approach to problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
