Analyst in GIOC , KP / Golovniy Informaciyno-obchislyuvalniy Centr

The IT company of KMDA is looking for an analyst to participate in the projects of creation and modernization of city IT systems.

KP GIOC is a communal enterprise that works in the field of IT and implements the city's target program "Electronic Capital". We create, implement and administer IT systems for providing city services online. Among our projects: mobile Kyiv Digital application, E-ticket for travel in public transport, online parking payment service and many others.

Our analyst is a team player. It is important to be willing to work in a team with colleagues: project managers, business analysts, IT architects, developers, system testers.

What will you do?

• holding meetings with by customers and external stakeholders in the implementation of projects with the aim of collecting, formalizing, and modeling business processes;
• consulting stakeholders and interested parties on the possibility of optimization and more efficient construction of business processes;
• analysis of collected information with the aim of determining functional and non-functional requirements for projects;
• forming the necessary module architecture projects;
• formation of Technical Requirements for project development;
• participation in consultations with IT functional developers;
• providing consultations to stakeholders and interested parties regarding the developed technical documentation;
• preparation of periodic reports on the status of project implementation;
• consulting on features of project functionality;
• assistance in the formation backlog of projects.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• work experience of 1 year in the field of IT business analysis projects;
• experience writing technical specifications (terms of reference, FRD, SRS) for IT projects;
• experience working/understanding APIs, Swagger specifications;
• ability to model business processes (UML, BPMN) and identify problems;
• experience working with task management systems (JIRA, ClickUp) and documentation management (Confluence, Miro);
• knowledge of the English language within limits that allows: to read and understand technical documentation;
• form technical specifications for IT specialists; experience with BPMN systems (Miro, Draw io, Comunda, etc.).
